Hi there! I know it seems like Christmas is a lifetime away, but crazily enough…it’s only a little over 4 months away! So today Paper Crafts magazine is celebrating their latest holiday-inspired special issue, Holiday Cards & More Vol. 8! Some of the designers from the issue and I are sharing a holiday treat wrap AND a holiday recipe!
My girlfriends and I have a Christmas party every year and I always look forward to the treats we all bring to share. One of my favorites is a super simple, but delicious candy that my friend, Megan always brings. They’re all the deliciousness of a chocolate covered pretzel and they only take about 5 minutes to make!
Here’s the recipe:
And here’s what I created to hold the candy:
I used the BasicGrey Aspen Frost collection with some extra embellishments to decorate this fun window bag. Be sure to check out the full issue (or the online version) for tons of treat containers, cards, decor and more. But before you do, hop on along to the next blogger, the fantastic and oh-so-talented Erin Lincoln. And to make sure you haven’t missed a single one, here’s the full blog hop list:
And to add extra fun to this hop, leave a comment on this post (and the post of everyone else!) to be entered to win your own copy of Holiday Cards & More Vol. 8. I’ll choose one random comment on Tuesday, August 13th and announce the winner here! Good luck!
Thanks for hopping along with us and thanks to Paper Crafts magazine for inviting me to hop along with these fantastic ladies!
