Knick Knacks Baby Card

Hey there! If you live on the East Coast, I'm sure it's been an eventful week so far with Hurricane Sandy in our midst. Luckily, where I live in PA, we didn't see too much damage and I made it to work and back just fine today. I wouldn't have been disappointed with a bonus day off, but what can you do? My poor grandma in NJ is having a bit of a rougher time, though. She lives alone and has been without electricity for 24+ hours and may not have it back for another week! Since she spends most of her time watching QVC, you can imagine how bored she is without it! So, she'll be coming to stay with us, which will be nice. In the meantime, she's keeping her house lit with the plethora of flameless candles that she's ordered from QVC over the years. 🙂

Now for a card! I made this using the new Knick Knacks set (releasing soon!) from Paper Smooches:

Knickknacks1

Supplies
Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper

Patterned paper: October Afternoon, Crate Paper, The Girls' Paperie

Buttons: Papertrey Ink

Clear stamps: Paper Smooches

Don't you just love the little Raggedy Ann doll? Ugh I think it's adorable. I created the sentiment using the Alphadot set  from Paper Smooches as well. I love that set because you can create any sentiment you want and still get the fun, handwritten look.

Well that's it for today! Here's hoping the weather is dry and calm where you are! Thanks for stopping by and Happy Halloween! Can you tell I forgot it was today until just now? :)

Honestly Kalyn, this card is just divine! Love how you have sat your sweet doll on the trolley and the strips of DP are perfect!
