One of a Kind Card

Hey there! So it's the last Monday before Christmas – how did that happen? Are you all done with your shopping? Because I just started mine yesterday. Scary, I know. Luckily, I got most of it done and even enjoyed some ice skating with my Dad. It's a little tradition we started about 5 years ago and it's by far one of my favorite days every year. So yeah, great weekend overall.

As I was looking back over my little "blog journal" that I keep (to remember what I actually posted and when), I realized that I never shared a card from the 365 Cards special issue from Paper Crafts. So here's one of my favorites from that issue:

I made this card for "National Thrift Shop Day" in August, but I think it would work for a birthday card too. I just love Crate Paper's Restoration collection and had been waiting for a great excuse to layer a bunch of the chipboard pieces from the line. So this was it!

If you haven't already picked up your copy of 365 Cards, be sure to get one at the Paper Crafts magazine online store or check it out at your local bookstore.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great week!

Fantastic card Kalyn! Love those papers and chipboard elements, congrats on the pub!
Half the battle with Xmas shopping is knowing what to get… good luck with the rest.
