Hey there! Well, the most wonderful holiday of the year has arrived (this may be debatable to some) and I couldn't be more excited to say that I will be spending World Card Making Day card-making! Whoo hoo! It's officially fall, there's a cool, cloudy breeze in the air and there's nothing I'd rather do (except maybe a little fall wardrobe shopping – what?) than sit in my cozy house and craft the day away.
For tons of giveaways, blog hops and more hoopla than ever before (and who doesn't love a lotta hoopla?) check out the official World Card Making Day website and all of the Paper Crafts magazine sites.
Here's a card I made for the start of the Christmas season – gotta get these holiday ideas flowing soon and World Card Making Day is the perfect day to get some sketches going and plan your holiday card strategy. I personally use a wall-sized dry erase board for sketches, listen to "The Final Countdown" on repeat and do push-ups to get myself in the zone. Not really, but sometimes it feels like that. :)
