CARDS Magazine September 2011

Hi friends! If you had off for Columbus Day, I hope you enjoyed it. I had to work, so I took a little break from blogland – hope you don't mind. 🙂 Somehow, October is ending up being the busiest month of my entire year! Deadlines, a visit from one of my out-of-state best friends, birthdays, etc.

Anyhoo, I'm sharing a card today that I had published in the September 2011 issue of CARDS magazine.

Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper

Patterned paper: BasicGrey, October Afternoon

Clear stamp: Hampton Art

Rubber stamp: All Night Media

Butterfly punches: Martha Stewart Crafts

Embossing powder: Hampton Art

If you didn't get to peek at the September issue of CARDS while it was on newsstands, you can order a copy or get an instant digital copy from the Northridge Publishing site. I highly recommend it. 🙂

Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you back here on Friday!

Another fabulous card, Kalyn! (They are *always* fabulous!) I love the woodgrain on the butterfly…is it one of the stamps? And the mix of patterned papers is so beautiful! Glad you had a day off, but I’m sorry to hear your month is busy. At least it sounds like a lot of “good” busy.

Such a happy mix of colours Kalyn! Love the placement of the butterflies…I’ve just bought the MS butterfly punches and I can’t wait for them to arrive so I can play! Congrats on your publication as well.
